Outdoor Modular Saunas are made from preinsulated, prewired panels.They are free-standing structures. Those saunas are made for a could Canadian winter. Also, they can be easy disassembled and relocated if needed.
Requirements for instalation: 

Concrete slab (the prefered option) or can be supplied with an insulated floor deck.

Also you will have to hire a certified electrician to wire heater and lights.
